Wallington, the historic home of the Trevelyan family is set within gardens, woods and lawns and lies deep in the heart of the beautiful Northumberland counrtyside. You can visit the Walled Garden and stroll in the woods by ornamental ponds, walk along the banks of the River Wansbeck or enjoy the scent of flowers and the splash of the fountain in the peace of the Edwardian Conservatory.

Wallington dates from 1688 and the families that lived there have each left their mark on this fine old house and its grounds. Wallington's famous paintings of Northumbrian history can be seen in the Central Hall but the house still retains the atmosphere of a much-loved family home. Children of all ages will enjoy the doll's house collection and running free in Wallington's own adventure playground.
